Why I Created the Modern Leadership Collective
I know what it’s like to push through — to work really hard, stay loyal, stick it out, and get results.
For nearly two decades, I led a team that would build to 500 and growing, rebuilt businesses after crises, and sat in boardrooms where the pressure was real. On the outside, it looked like success. But behind the scenes, I had poured everything into the company — and somewhere along the way, I lost myself.
Then COVID hit. Overnight, everything I had built was gone. That was my wake-up call. I realized I had been operating in a bubble, believing hustle was the only answer, when in reality the world had shifted, big time. The workforce had changed, expectations were different, and leadership needed a new playbook — one that could adapt faster, span generations, and put wellness back at the center.
