Why I Created the Modern Leadership Collective
I know what it feels like to carry too much on your shoulders.
For nearly two decades, I led teams of up to 500, rebuilt businesses after crises, and sat in boardrooms where the pressure never let up. On the outside, it looked like success. But I believed hustling harder was just what you did - until the world hit me in the face during COVID. Suddenly everything changed, and I had to figure it out alone.
The business needed more than grit and long hours - it needed a complete rebuild. I realized I couldn't keep leading the same way. I had to step outside my bubble, get perspective, and challenge how things had always been done. That's when I got a coach. I'd always been good at innovation, but this was different. The workforce was shifting, expectations were changing, and leadership needed a new playbook - one that spans generations, embraces wellness, and keeps pace with the speed of change.
That's how Modern Leadership was born.
